A Sun City Anthem resident is requesting suggestions for a contractor to help her correct a problem that occurs when there is heavy rain as we recently experienced.
She has a Cambridge model, and she has experienced water seepage into her bedroom at the corner of her patio during heavy rain.
it appears that the heavy water pouring from the roofline drain at that corner is either (a) bouncing off the surface of the patio and getting into the home through the bottom of the foundation, (b) running from the patio toward the side of the home and seeping in that way, or (3) a combination of both.
I believe the following photos, with arrows showing the areas of concern, are self-explanatory:

If you have suggestions for a contractor who could address this issue consistent with Architectural Review Committee guidelines, or if you have dealt with a similar problem yourself and could provide assistance or advice to this resident, she requests that you contact me with the information, which I will pass along to her.
If you can help, please e-mail me privately: davidinlv@cox.net, or call me at 617-8672.
Thank you in advance.
